How to tell if a used panties seller is legitimate

Domina April Snow Red & Black Bra White SweaterWhen I first started building AprilsBody.com, my goal was to create the best used panties site on the internet. So I did a ton of research. I scoured the website of every single seller of used panties that I could find.

In doing all that research, I found that there are two types of panty sellers on the web -- real independent girls and scam-porn sites. So how do you tell if a used panties seller is legitimate or not? After all, if I were a guy looking to buy a pair of used underwear from an anonymous girl on the web, that's what I'd want to know.

Specifically, there a few questions I'd ask myself: Is the girl real? In other words,
is she working independently -- not for some company -- and is she, in fact, female and not some guy pretending. Is she really going to wear my panties like she promises? Am I going to get ripped off? My big fear would be that I'd be buying my panties from a scam artist or some weirdo guy who's pretending to be a girl and is just going to take my money and disappear -- or send me a pair of panties smeared with tuna water . . . or worse.

Well, there are some easy ways to verify that your seller is who she claims to be.

One of the simplest ways is to see if your potential seller is PantyTrust verified. PantyTrust is an organization that vets girls who sell used panties. In order to be verified, you need to send in a photo of yourself holding a handwritten note that says "PantyTrust verified." You also need to fill out a survey and mail an actual pair of dirty panties. Most girls who are verified will have a PantyTrust Verified logo somewhere on their site. (Mine is on my blog and used panties page.)

You can also see if the girl has a Twitter page. If so, does she tweet regularly and engage her followers? Does she often post photos of herself? If so, she's probably not a guy pretending because it would be near impossible to constantly post fake photos of herself.

Panty Girl Dominatrix AprilDoes she have a NiteFlirt account? Let's face it, if she's doing webcam and phone sex sessions, she's probably the real deal. I don't know how you'd fake a webcam session. If you really want to be sure, you could even pay for a 5-minute cam-date to talk with her.

Does she have her own personal website? I can tell you from personal experience, setting up a website is a ton of work. Anyone willing to take the trouble to set up a nice site isn't going to put her whole business at risk by not mailing out a $50 pair of panties. That said, I'd be skeptical of websites that request membership fees. I'm guessing that most independent panty girls don't have the ability to set up membership websites, so I'd steer clear of sites that require upfront fees -- that seems sketchy to me.

Finally, does the girl have a lot of content? Is she posting videos, blogs, tweets, and photos of herself? If she is, then she's almost certainly real. If she isn't, then stay away -- especially if her pictures appear photo-shopped and she has no videos to back up her supposed good-looks. She's probably just a scam, or a gateway into a larger porn-site.

Wetlook Latex Domina AprilI'd love to get your comments on other ways to tell if a used panties seller is legitimate or not. Do you have any horror stories of purchases gone bad? I'd love to hear about them -- or any other interesting panty-buying stories. Send me your comments or suggestions!
